Hi, how do you do this. I know what BOGO is, and I think that ECB means Earned Credit Bonuses. So what does OOP mean. I bet your cupboards are FULL. Do all CVS stores have this kind of savings or only in Texas? Keep up the good work.
ECB= Extra Care Bucks....these are cash bucks that can be used in CVS and I by items that generate these ECB's. For example, I buy 1 deoderant priced at $3.99, and CVS is generating $2 ECB's for this item and I also have a $1.00 off coupon making this deoderant only $1.00. I buy things that generate ECB's and use them to buy other items that generate ECB's. If you use coupons, sometimes you can get an item for free. This is at all CVS's in all states.
OOP= Out Of Pocket Spent
